4.2 Availability & Stock. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to any individual, household, or order. We may also refuse or cancel any order that appears to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

5. Order Processing & Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Acceptance is complete when we ship your order.

5.2 Payment Methods. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway providers. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that payment method.

5.3 Pricing & Taxes. All prices are listed in SAR for Saudi Arabia or USD for other regions. For international orders, conversion to local currency may be applied at checkout. You are responsible for applicable sales taxes, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or any other taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.

5.4 Billing Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect any fraudulent or unauthorized activity, including discrepancies in billing details.

6. Return & Refund Policy

6.2 Core Return Conditions. In summary, you may return eligible items (unused, in original condition) within specified timeframes (e.g., 3 days for immediate inspection; 30 days for standard returns). Certain products (fragile, customized, final sale) are non-returnable unless defective. Shipping fees and restocking charges may apply as detailed in the Return Policy.

6.3 Refund Processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow additional time for banks or payment providers to process the refund.

7. Shipping Policy & Fees

7.1 Order Processing Time. We process orders within 1–3 business days (Sunday–Thursday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

7.2 Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates:

  • Saudi Arabia & GCC: 3–7 business days

  • Europe & United States: 7–14 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, high-demand periods, or remote locations.

7.3 Shipping Fees:

  • Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $300 USD (or equivalent). Applied automatically at checkout.

7.4 International Customs & Duties: International orders may incur customs duties and taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility. We are not liable for any customs delays or related charges.

7.5 Order Tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us at ECOHDE@GMAIL.COM.

10.3 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlloraDecor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may initiate binding arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, under the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA). The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

12.3 U.S. Residents. If you are a resident of the United States, you also agree that any claim arising from or related to your use of the Site must be filed within one year from the date the claim arose, or else will be time-barred.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

No waiver by AlloraDecor of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. AlloraDecor’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
